Advisers' frequently-asked questions

Q Why would I choose a Global Growth Trust - and The Scottish Investment Trust PLC in particular - for my clients?

A The global growth investment trust sector includes many of the UK's oldest, largest and most renowned collective investment companies. They combine a global spread of risk, opportunity for reward, professional day-to-day management and a reputation for very competitive charging structures. This international investment remit and spread of risk makes SIT ideal as the core of a client's portfolio.

SIT has been working to provide value for investors for over 120 years. We are one of the UK's few independent, self-managed trusts, focusing all of our efforts on uncovering value for the one trust - The Scottish Investment Trust PLC.

Q Does SIT offer investment schemes that may be suitable for saving for children or saving for educational expenses?

A Yes, The SIT ISA and STOCKPLAN may be suitable in many planning situations such as savings for schools fees or other educational expenses.
