THE SCOTTISH INVESTMENT TRUST LAUNCHES COMPLETE INTERNET PACKAGE

The Scottish Investment Trust is moving to stage two of its Internet Business Plan which includes the easy downloading of all forms and documentation required to purchase SIT's savings products on-line as well as a new user friendly on-line ISA information centre. Ian McLeish, manager of The Scottish Investment Trust commented: "Our latest research demonstrates that the e-commerce revolution in financial services is already here. We estimate that internet growth is running at about 11,000 new users per day in the UK which represents a huge opportunity for us.

SIT's new site offers state of the art navigation, specifically designed for each of its defined target audiences: individual investors, institutions and intermediaries. The beauty of the site is that it is so simple to use."
