Contributions



The emphasis is on choice and The SIT SIPP provides a variety of contribution and investment options.

You can make contributions into The SIT SIPP in the following ways:

  • lump sum

and/or

  • regular monthly contributions

These can include direct contributions from your employer.

Lump sums may be made by cheque or by electronic transfer.

Monthly contributions are made by Direct Debit.

You can increase or decrease the amount you contribute each month and you can stop or restart monthly contributions at any time. However if you cease contributing to The SIT SIPP this could have a detrimental effect on the value of your pension at your chosen retirement date.

Transfers in

You can also transfer existing pension arrangements already built up elsewhere, including those with protected rights, into The SIT SIPP.
